Cockroaches are insects that are commonly found in houses and food outlets. They prefer warm, dark and moist conditions found within buildings. They feed on things from human food to leftovers/food debris found on the floor. Cockroaches also carry bacteria on their body that can be potentially harmful to humans. They are also linked to allergic reactions in humans.
Some of the important cockroach species are :
American Cockroaches are large in size and are red-brown, 3-4 cm long. We see them most often around our homes, in cabinets, bin chutes, sewers and garbage dumps. They feed on a variety of food, decaying organic matter is preferred. They also feed on book bindings, manuscripts, clothing, or paper etc. Syrup and other sweets are also attractive to them.
German Cockroaches are small, 1-2 cm long. It is amber-brown and are weak fliers. It likes warm and damp environment and is found in restaurants, hotels, buses, grocery stores and other sites where food is stored, prepared and in food serving areas. They can be carried from place to place, in bagged potatoes and onions, beverage cartons, grocery bags and the folds of clothing etc. The German cockroach is a general feeder but is particularly attracted to fermented foods and beverage residues (e.g., beers spills).

Rats are rodents that cause major problem around the world. They feed on all kinds of food, rubbish areas, they can carry and contaminate the food with their urine, faeces, and saliva. |
Where to Check for Rats Inside a Building
Lofts & attic spaces - look for shredded loft insulation, chewed items and rat droppings (rat poo) in corners and inside items like cardboard boxes.
Kitchens & laundries - look behind appliances like cookers, washing machines, dishwashers and tumble dryers. In fact, check any gaps where pipework or cables enter your property from outside.
Out of sight - and possibly out of mind locations, such as crawlspaces, suspended ceilings and even cavity walls can be squeezed into by young rats.
RATS TREATMENT
i) Vitamin D3 soft bait formulation
ii) Highly palatable – 4 times more palatable than normal baits and more palatable than
actual animal feed
iii)Suitable to use in and around Food Processing & Handling Area,
iv)Commercial Kitchen and Farm
v) Fastest control – 3 times faster than most anticoagulants baits

Ants are social insects and live in colonies. They normally travel to forage for food and leaves pheromones (scent trails) for other ants to follow. Start from egg , then larva ,pupa and finally Adults. |

These flies are most unwelcome, especially when you are in the midst of enjoying a delicious meal. Do not underestimate the houseflies. It can be highly detrimental to human health. They feed on foodstuff via the most unhygienic way of salivating on food before ingesting it, thereby leaving bacteria on the remaining food. This can cause the spread of diseases such as cholera, typhoid fever and tuberculosis. The average lifespan of a fly is 1 month, and a female fly can produce more than 500 eggs in 4 days. |
FLY TREATMENT
Sanitation & Fly ControlSanitation is critical in a good fly management program. The goal of sanitation is to remove or prevent any medium where fly larvae will develop. It's also important to remove things that are attractive to adult flies, such as garbage and animal waste. Moisture is a critical factor in any fly breeding material. Good drainage is also important, where possible.

Mosquitoes are insects that are responsible for the transmission of many diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, yellow fever, Chikugunya and Japanese Encephalitis. Only female mosquitoes suck blood. Male mosquitoes feed on the nectar of flowers. |

Bed bugs are small parasitic insects that feed on human blood. While they are a public health concern, bed bugs are not known to transmit disease through their bites. Bed bugs use a small tube-like structure called a proboscis to pierce the skin and drink a person’s blood. The pests are most active when humans are asleep, during the night and early morning. An estimated one in five Americans have personally dealt with a bed bug infestation or knows someone who has encountered the pests. |
Bed bugs can bite anywhere on the body where there is skin. Typically, bites tend to occur on areas exposed during sleeping, such as:
|
Many people do not feel the bite itself or develop clear symptoms other than the dots where the bug bit and some minor, surrounding inflammation and irritation. Others are considered hypersensitive to bites and develop more severe symptoms. |

Termite baits consist of paper, cardboard, or other acceptable termite food, combined with a slow-acting substance lethal to termites. Some bait stations are installed below ground out in the yard, and others are positioned within the structure in the vicinity of active termite mud tubes or feeding sites. Below-ground stations typically contain untreated wood until termite activity is detected inside the stations. Then the wood is replaced with active ingredient treated material-the bait itself on. Until recently, the only methods available for subterranean termite control were the traditional barrier treatments using large amounts of chemicals. There are alternative termite control strategies; baiting systems are the most promising as to replace barrier treatments. |
Termite baits are a whole different concept. With this approach, small amounts of material known as the toxicant knocks out populations of termites foraging in and around the structure.
Some homes may have only baits as a stand alone treatment; others may be integrated with liquid or barrier treatments. Using a baiting system with barrier treatments will allow a reduction of amounts of pesticide use.
No termite control method can guarantee you will never get termites. Termite control may include a combination of one or more of these methods, a baiting system, termiticide treatment, moisture control, foaming, removal of earth wood contact, etc
TERMITE TREATMENT
Post Construction Corrective Soil Treatment (CST) – Drilling and pumping of chemicals
Pre-Construction – Chemical Termite Control Method ( For Construction Base )
Treatment Method:
Stage 1. Power-spray to drench the foundation hole before concreating.
Stage 2. Power-spray to drench the 40mm soil border around the ground-beams and columns at the correct application per meter run.
Stage 3. Power-spray to drench soil before lean concreting of ground floor slabs. Power spraying to the compacted soil surface at the rate of 5 litres of termiticide at the correct concentration for every sq. metre.
Stage 4. Power-spray to drench soil surface at the correct concentration for every meter square before concreting apron area
